Aug 11, 2026"I visited this location on 3/19 for a birthday lunch with a few friends. The place was clean and was crowded, but we were seated pretty quickly compared to Longhorn and cheesecake waitlist. We were serviced by Everlyn. In the beginning everything was going well she was polite and patient. We ordered appetizers and drinks and everything came out pretty quickly. My mom and I ordered a strawberry Colada. The other 2 guest order henny coladas. When the drinks came out I was fine with my drink despite it was missing strawberries , however the other 2 guest were not happy with their drinks and questioned if it was a virgin drink because it was so sweet. When the waiter returned they bought it to her attention - that it was extremely sweet and didn’t taste like a henny colada… Now She pissed.. She grabs away the glasses take them to the bar and return to a stationary booth beside and begins to talk about my mother in law complaining to a co- worker. Fro there everytime we wanted to ask her something she would come listen to only one person and just walk away. It took us over 15 minutes just to leave because she refuse to just stay and hear what everyone needed boxes, bags etc. She wasn’t trying to hear NOTHING!!!! When we paid she completely took my mother in law money.. didn’t ask if she wanted change back or anything.. Took the bill with the cash and never came back… We waited for her to return and her excuse what “she thought she didn’t want it” $17 for rude service yeah right!!!! The food was good so I would recommend this location but because of the service I couldn’t give it more stars.."
